3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bpech. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). bpech is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its regulatory obligations. You agree to provide any documents requested by bpech for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. bpech will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpech support immediately.

4.1 Accepted Methods. bpech accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpech does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on bpech is Rs 300. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Processing Times. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your bpech account balance, subject to your banking institution's processing times.
4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your bpech account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. bpech reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, wagers, bonus values, and payouts on bpech are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpech does not support multi-currency accounts or USD-denominated transactions.
5.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the KYC verification process and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
5.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are generally processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in the cashier section of your account.
5.4 Verification Holds. bpech reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, source of funds review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified promptly and provided with a clear explanation of any such hold.
5.5 Bonus-Restricted Funds. Funds originating from bonus awards may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bpech are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the individual bonus terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. The bpech welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility is limited to one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and device. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotion.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds, as stated in the specific offer) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. bpech employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts, use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, structured wagering designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion between players. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account permanently closed.
Reminder: Bonus offers are promotional incentives and do not form part of any contractual entitlement. bpech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted an offer in good faith.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. bpech reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the odds or game outcome has been affected by an error; suspicious betting patterns are detected; or the relevant event has already concluded at the time the bet was placed.
7.2 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets on bpech, including PSL, Test series, T20 Internationals, and One-Day Internationals, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs, settled bets will be determined in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules in force at the time of the event.
7.3 Live In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at bpech's discretion during the course of a live event. Any bets placed after an event-changing incident (such as a wicket, dismissal, or boundary) but before the market has been updated may be voided at bpech's discretion.
7.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games on bpech are provided by third-party game developers and operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game within the game information panel. bpech is not responsible for technical faults originating within third-party game software, but will work with the relevant provider to resolve any disputes arising from such faults.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bpech platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your bpech account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures.
13.2 Closure by bpech. bpech reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration or KYC information; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to satisfy eligibility requirements; or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the bpech platform.
13.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the bpech platform is immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 16 — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.

All disputes regarding the outcome of bets or games must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. bpech will not consider disputes raised outside this period, except where the delay was caused by circumstances beyond the player's reasonable control.
bpech reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their bpech account and/or by means of a prominent notice on the bpech platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the bpech platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpech holds its gaming licence.
